The location was decently situated and the staff was somewhat helpful. The hotel had a somewhat affordable price and was value for money. However, the cleanliness was subpar and left something to be desired. The bedsheets did not seem perfectly clean and the towels had stains.

Bugs and mold infested the room, making the stay arduous.

I had an amazing experience at Oyo Hotel Ganga Palace. The location was convenient, with easy access to the highway, and the basement parking was a definite bonus. The person at the reception was incredibly helpful and polite. The room had a comfortable bed and two cozy chairs where I could relax. The staff, despite their limited English, were friendly and always went above and beyond to assist. The food, especially the kadhai paneer, was superb. The highlight was the stunning view of the mountains and the Maa Chandi Devi Temple from the hotel terrace. Additionally, being able to witness the Ganga Ji ki Aarti from the hotel terrace was a truly blessed experience.
